Roasted chicken, skin and bones removed. Diced (4 cups)6 ounces Craisins (1.5 c)3/4 c chopped walnuts1 c chopped celery1 c Best Food lowfat mayonaise1 tsp salt, or to taste
Directions
Mix diced chicken, craisins, walnuts, celery, and Best Foods lowfat mayo. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate. Makes 6 cups or 12 servings
