Ingredients
3 bananas1 cup chopped dates.25 chopped dried figs1 oz walnuts, chopped.25 cup dried cranberries2 cups oats1 tbsp vanilla.5 tsp saltoptional - cinnamon
Directions
Mash bananas. Add fruit and nuts, stir and mash well. Add oats, vanilla, salt. Cook at 425 for 20 minutes.
