Mom's Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
1 lb (1 pack) of Neese's hot sausage5 Medium stalks of celery1 Large onion6 Cloves of garlic1 bag of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing1 14oz Can of Chicken Broth, with no msg
Directions
First brown the sausage in a large skillet. Then add chopped celery and onion and let cook over medium heat till the onions are transparent. Then add minced garlic continue to cook for about 5 min. Next add the can of chicken broth and let simmer for 15 min.

Empty bag of stuffing into a large mixing bowl. pour the sausage and veggie mix over stuffing and mix well. Then stuff the mixture into your turkey and cook turkey as you normally would.
