Turkey pot pie

Ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust1/3 c butter1/3 c onion1/3 c flour1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2.5 c turkey broth1/2 c milk2.5 c shredded turkey1 bag frozen kroger mixed vegetables
Directions
Use leftovers to make this.

Make lower pie crust as directed on box.

Melt butter and saute onion until tender. stir in flour, salt and pepper. stir in broth and milk.
Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables. Add more broth if necessary.
Put mixture in pie crust. Add top pie crust and poke holes for ventilation
Bake 35 minutes at 425.
