Ingredients
1 head of green cabbage5-6 potatoessalt and pepper to taste1 cup of water
Directions
Dice potatoes, and cut cabbage into small pieces. Cook potatoes in a pot with 1 cup water for 5-7 min. Add cabbage, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 10 min or until the cabbage and potatoes can be poked with a fork.
