pepperoni vegetable dish

Ingredients
8 cups water6 cups onions4 cups green peppers22 cups cabbage4 cups pepperonihot peppersminute rice1 cup ketchup
Directions
Slice vegetables, dice pepperoni , cook untill tender.
Add rice,Ketchup and hot peppers [.I use canned]
Let cook for about 3 minutes.
Seal in hot jars.
If recipe is to large make only half the recipe.
Makes 18 1-cup serving
