Orange Goose and Star Anise Carrots

Ingredients
2 goose legs, cooked, and a bit of the fat from them4 carrots3 flowers of star aniseJuice of 3 oranges and chicken stock
Directions
Cut the carrots in wedges, fry in the goose fat with the star anise. Add the cooked goose legs, top with fresh orange juice and stock.
Cook at Gas Mark 4 for an hour to an hour and a half.
Serves 2 and a cat as a roast dinner. If you let it cool a bit, shredded off the meat and added another vegetable it would easily serve 4, maybe more.
