Homemade Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
3 C chicken 2 cans of fat free chicken broth2 tsp. olive oil 1 C chopped onion 3 cloves garlic 1/2-1T chili powder (as you like) 1/4 tsp cumin 1 C chunky salsa 1 C corn
Directions
Shred or cut in small pieces chicken and fry in olive oil. Add onions, garlic, and spices. Cook 2 minutes. Add broth, salsa and corn. Stir. Cover pot till boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. You can crush tortilla chips in bottom of soup bowls. Ladle soup over the chips and sprinkle with grated cheese, sour cream, avocado or tomatoes. Be sure to add for those additional items but I love it without the cheese and chips.
