Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 T sage1t black pepper2t onion powder1T Italian seasoning1/3 c bread crumbs1t sea salt
Directions
Combine all seasonings with ground turkey. Form into small patties, about 24, fry until cooked thoroughly. 2 patties is one serving.

    Excellent! I used a 20oz pack of 93/7 ground turkey and it made 15 3 inch patties. This is now my breakfast sausage. Great as a sandwich with English muffins and FF cheese. - 4/14/11
