Ingredients
1 pound Round beef1/2 head of cabbage3 carrots1/2 yellow onion2 Zucchini1 Mexican Squash1/2 tomatoJalapeno to tasteWaterSalt Pepper
Directions
Mix beef wih diced onion and jalapeno. Bring water to a boil. Drop meatballs into boilng water and cook until done. Add sliced veggies to broth and cook until tender.
