Ground Pork skillet

Ingredients
1 lb ground Pork, lean1 cup yellow corn kernels0.5 cup black beans0.5 can tomato paste16 oz. cooked small shell pasta1 tbsp chili powder0.5 tbsp ground cumin1 tsp salt2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Brown ground pork in a large skillet.
- Add salt, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder. Cook for 2 min.
- Add tomato paste and 1/2 cup water. mix well, and cook 2 min.
- Add corn and black beans, mix well and cook 5 min.
- Add pasta, mix and heat through.

Makes 6 servings ( about 2/3 cup each)
