Whole Wheat Four, Cornmeal, honey, baking powder, salt, nonfat milk, egg whites, applesuace, canned corn.
Mix dry ingredients together. Then mix wet ingredients together in separate bowl. Then combine just until mixed. pour into a nine inch greased baking pan. bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
