Chocolate-Pumpkin Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal, ground1/2 cup Chocolate Soy Protein Isolate2 pkts French Vanilla Splenda
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly coat an 8x8 pan and set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead until a stiff dough forms. Add a tbsp of water if the mixture is too dry.
3. Press dough evenly into the prepared pan. Cut into squares with a sharp knife before placing in the oven.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until baked through, but still soft.
