Taryn's Cheesy Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 can (10.75 oz.) 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1 can (10.75 oz.) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1.75 Cups Water2 Cups Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese9 oz. Grilled Italian-Style Chicken Breast (cubed)1.5 Cups Enriched Med. Grain White Rice12 oz. Mixed Vegetables
Directions
Par-boil rice in water. While rice is cooking, mix the soups, chicken, water, and vegetables all together. Pour into 9x12 glass baking dish. Drain rice. Pour into soup mixture. Mix all together. Sprinkle cheese on top. Placealuminum foil on top. Bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour. Makes approx. 8 1 Cup servings. Will be a little runny at first. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and sauce will thicken.
