Chicken noodle vegtable soup

10 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast5 cups water2 cups chicken broth3 tsp reduced sodium chicken bouillon16 oz bag of frozen soup vegtables1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes3 oz of whole wheat egg noodles
place chicken breasts in 5 cups of water and cook chicken for about 45 minutes or until done (keep uncovered as some of the water will evaporate which you want). Once chicken is done, take out and let cool. While chicken is cooling add chicken broth, chicken bouillon, diced tomatoes, and frozen veggies. After chicken has cooled, either dice chicken into tiny pieces or pull apart with 2 forks. Add chicken back into pot and let simmer for 30 minutes. After simmering add egg noodles and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes and then turn off. (the noodles will continue to cook after turned off).
