Tuscan Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained, unseasoned1 (19 oz.) can cannellini white kidney beans, drained, rinsed1 c. tomato juice2 tsp. dries basil leaves1 tsp. minced garlic1/2 cracked pepper & Parmesan croutons
Directions
In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except croutons; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Garnish each serving with croutons. Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.
