Banana Bread

Directions
1 cup sugar1/2 cup shortening4 ripe bananas1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 cups flour1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup walnuts
Cream shortening and sugar. Add bananas and vanilla and mix.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Put in greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake@ 350 for 30-40 minutes.
