Quick and Easy Berry Cobbler

1/4 Margarine3/4 Non Fat Milk1 cup Sugar1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 cup Blackberries1 cup Raspberries1/4 cup Sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the margarine in a 8x8 baking dish in the oven while mixing other ingredients. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 3/4 milk. Pour over melted butter, DO NOT MIX. Pour berries over top of mixture, DO NOT MIX. Sprinkle remaining sugar over the top. You can add more sugar on top if your berries are too tart. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a knife comes out clean from the middle. Serve warm with whipped cream, coffee, or whatever you like. Enjoy!
