Hot Bean Chilli

Ingredients
1 tin chooped tomatoes (400g)1 tin canellini beans-drained (426g)1 tin red kidney beans-drained (426g)1 tin black eyed beans-drained (426g)1 red pepper-roughly shopped2 red chillis-finely chopped3 cloves of garlic1 medium onion-finely chopped1 courgette (zucchini)-roughly chopped.1tbsp olive oilSalt and pepper to taste (not in nutrition facts)
Directions
Place oil and crushed garlic in a pan and heat.
Add chopped onion until soft
Add all other ingredients and heat until small bubbles appear in the tomato juice.

Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes until all the flavours have mixed.

Serves 4.
