1.Preheat oven to 3752. In large mixing bowl mix raisins, cereals, and oatmeal3.Add salt and cinnamon4.Add applesauce, melted butter and oil5.Add honey6.Add egg whites7.Coat muffin pans with cooking spray8.Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean9.Cool muffins completely in pan10.Enjoy
