Rice Pudding

Ingredients
4 cups water2 cups long grain white rice6 cups of milk (fat free, 1% or 2%)1 cup Splenda1 cup raisins1/8 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg3 tsp vanilla extract.
Directions
Cook rice in water till most of water is absorbed (approx 12 min)

Add milk, splenda, raisins and spices. Continue cooking over low heat until most of milk is absorbed.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla

Makes 8 1-cup servings
