3 (8oz pks) of fresh mushrooms (sliced)1c frozen onions (diced)3/4 c basmati rice (cooked)
Directions
spray non stick pan with cooking spray - add onions and Mrs Dash seasoning and cook until onions are done, add mushrooms and cook until you think they're done - add cooked basmati rice and serve.

    Quick, easy and delicious! We got 4 servings out of this. I added chicken bouillon to 1/2 c. dry brown rice and made that the night before, so this came together quickly when I was ready for it. We had 1 cup of rice with all those wonderful 'shrooms & onions. Will definitely make again. - 4/5/11
