blackened tilapia with avocado & tomato salsa

Ingredients
1 large tilapia fillet1 medium avocado8 cherry tomatoesa handful of frozen cornhalf a green pepper2 tbsp of diced jalapeno2tbsp pineapple juice
Directions
place olive oil in pan
season both sides of tilapia - cook in pan till tender
half the cherry tomatoes, dice up the avocado and the jalapeno
when the tilapia is almost done, add in pineapple juice, cook green peper and frozen corn in pan till tender.

mix all veggies together. serve as a side to the fish.
