Ginger Snaps (1 cookie per serving)

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. Flour3/4 c. Shortening1 egg1/4 c. molasses1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground Ginger1/2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Mix together half of the flour with all remaining ingredients. Roll into 3/4 inch balls then roll in sugar. Bake for 15 minutes at 375. Makes 36 cookies.
