Impossible German Chocolate Cake

1 tablespoon cake flour½ cup unsweetened cocoa1 ounce sweet baking chocolate½ cup boiling water1 cup granulated sugar¼ cup packed brown sugar3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened2 tablespoons vegetable oil¼ cup plain fat-free yogurt2½ teaspoons vanilla extract½ teaspoon coconut extract2 large egg whites2¼ cups sifted cake flour2 teaspoons baking powder½ teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon salt1 cup low-fat buttermilk5 cups of sweetned coconut flakes2 cups of crushed pecans
Add all ingredients except for the coconuts and crushed pecans in mixer.
Bake for 70 minutes or until it passes the clean toothpick test. (Insert toothpick in center of cake, cake is done if the toothpick is clean when removed.)
In a pan add crushed pecans and toast for 5-7 minutes to release flavor.
Mix pecans and toasted coconut flakes in bowl.
Sprinkle on top of cooled cake.
