1 lb groung chicken2 carrots, grated1 zucchini, grated2 TBP flourJerk Spice or Cajun Spice4 Buns(included in nutrition calc)
Directions
Mix chicken, carrots, zucchini, & flour in a bowl. Spice according to taste. Form burgers and grill/cook.(cooking time may vary) Makes 4 burgers.
