Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
3 Cloves Garlic1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt3 Tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin1 Tbsp Butter, unsalted1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs, Italian Style1 1/2 lb. Chicken, boneless skinless chicken breast halves or thighs
Directions
Heat oven to 475 degress F. Cover a 15x10x1 inch baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In shallow microwave safe bowl, combine garlic, seasoned salt, olive oil and butter. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted; stir to mix.

In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and grated cheese; mix well. Coat chicken pieces in garlic mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place on ungreased baking pan.

Bake at 475 for 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
