Breakfast Pizza Lorraine

Ingredients
8" Boboli pizza crust (1/2 shell)4 medium eggs1 cup frozen spinach4 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Lightly beat 4 eggs.
Defrost spinach. Squeeze excess liquid from frozen spinach; packing it in a 1 cup measuring cup.
Add spinach to eggs and cook in skillet until just set. Turn eggs out onto pizza crust and top with mozzarella cheese to taste.
Bake per directions on pizza crust
