Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cupGarlic, 1 tbsp. Bush's, Black Beans, 1canOnions, raw, 1 smallRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia), choppedOrange Juice, 1 tbsp.Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tspCilantro, raw, 1 tbspCumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
Directions
In a covered bowl, mix corn and black beans (drained and rinsed).

In skillet, cook onions until translucent. Add garlic. Add tomato. Add hot sauce and orange juice. Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.

Blend mixture into corn and beans. Add cilantro. Cool in fridge.

Makes 4 1 cup servings.
