1 Cup Dried Split Peas1/4 Head of Green Cabbage, chopped4 Large (12 inch) Carrots, chopped2 Large Celery Stalks, chopped1/2 Med Onion, chopped9.50 oz Turkey Ham, chopped1 Beef Boullion Cube7 Cups WaterBasil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic and Black Pepper to Taste
Dump everything into a 4qt crockpot and allow to cook for about 10-12 hours on low, or until the cabbage is wilted and the peas are cooked through and mushy.
