Cornmeal Mountain Pancakes

Ingredients
! egg beaten1 1/2 cup Low-fat buttermilk2 Tblsp melted butter1 cup flour1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup cornmeal
Directions
In large bowl combine egg, buttermilk and butter. Set aside. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add to wet, mixing until just moistened. Do not over beat, batter might be lumpy.
Cook on hot griddle or skillet, can Spray with Pam to start.
Makes 10-4" pancakes.
