Candied sweet potatoes

3-4 sweet potatoesDairy free butter or margarineBrown sugarMarshmallows
1. Boil sweet potatoes then chill in fridge.
2. Grease casserole dish
3. Preheat oven to 180C
4. Peel skin off sweet potatoes then slice lengthwise about 1/2-1cm thick.
5. In casserole dish, place a layer of sliced sweet potatoes to cover the bottom.
6. put 4 small dabs of margarine and sprinkle a little brown sugar over sweet potatoes.
7. Repeat #5 and 6 up to about 3cm from top of dish.
8. Place dish in oven for 20 minutes.
9. Take out and put marshmallows on top then cook for about another 5 minutes. Until marshmallows turn lightly brown.
