Spinach with Pine Nuts and Raisins

Ingredients
20g butter300g fresh spinach40g pine nut kernels20g raisins
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
2. Add the spinach leaves and allow to wilt, stirring occasionally (about 2 - 3 minutes).
3. Add the pine nuts and raisins and cook for a further 2 -3 minutes.
