Tasty Tuna Melts

Ingredients
(1) 3 oz package of tuna packed in water4 oz light cream cheese1/3 Cup shredded 2% milk Cheddar Cheese1 tbsp lemon juice2 pieces of whole wheat bread
Directions

Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and lemon juice in food processor and mix well. Combine cheese mixture and tuna and spoon mixture onto one piece of bread, topping the mixture with the other piece. I use a sandwich toaster, and use a calorie free, fat free spray to coat the TOASTER with, not the bread. You can also do this in a skillet. Toast until bread reaches your desired "toast" level. Eat and enjoy! Mixture is also good cold on melba toast.
Mixture is enough for 2-3 sandwiches, calorie info based on two sandwiches per recipe.
