Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Ingredients
2 Tble. stick margarine1/4 cup flour2 cups 2% milk1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper4 cups sliced potatoes8 oz. lean cooked ham, diced or in thin slices
Directions
For the sauce: Pour the cold milk into saucepan. Whisk the flour in well. Add the salt, pepper, and butter (a couple more tablespoons butter can be added as desired). Cook and stir until thickened. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Put the potatoes in the dish and cover with the sauce. Arrange the ham over top to cover potatoes (or mix throughout) . Cover and bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 30 minutes more until potatoes are nicely done.
