1 lb. beef for stew2 Knorr chicken buillion cubeslarge stew pot 3/4 full water1/2 bunch of cilantro4 roma tomatos, diced1 large onion, diced2 garlic cloves1 fresh jalapeno pepper
Brown stew meat in large stew pot. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Add water to stew pot until 3/4 full. Add chicken buillion and bring to boil over medium high heat. Clean and dice all vegetables. Saute in olive oil over medium heat. Once vegetables are tender, add to stew meat. Cook for about 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Use jalepeno sparingly if not used to spicy food!
