Salmon and Couscous Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup Couscous1 15 oz can Chickpeas , rinsed1/5 cup Onions, raw chopped 1 Cucumber (with peel),, chopped 1 cup Broccoli, cooked, chopped 1/2 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins),6 oz poached Atlantic Salmon*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields 4 tablespoons cilantro
Directions
1. Cook couscous according to package directions. Add let cool
2. Add all ingredients together and toss. Serve immediately or cover and let rest for 1 hour.

Serves 5 large 1 cup portions.
