Bananas Foster Bread Pudding

6 slices thick white bread, torn into ½-inch pieces2 cups milk, skim2 cups heavy cream3 large eggs, lightly beaten1 large banana, mashed¼ cup granulated sugar¼ cup dark brown sugar2 tablespoons dark rum3 tablespoons butter, melted (I can't believe it's not real butter)
Preheat oven to 325˚ F.
1. Place the bread in a bowl. Add in the milk, cream and eggs and stir gently. Allow to stand at least one-half hour.
2. Add in the mashed banana, granulated sugar, brown sugar and rum to the bread mixture. Stir gently to combine.
3. Divide the bread pudding evenly between 6 (8-ounce) ramekins. Pour the melted butter evenly over the bread pudding.
4. Place in preheated oven and bake approximately 50 minutes or until cooked through and the top is lightly browned.
