3 boneless skinless chicken breast6 tbsp low fat yogurt8 tbsp Patak's Tandoori Paste (found at Kroger in the international isle)
Mix yogurt and tandoori paste. Cut chicken into cubes and add to mix. Coat well and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30-45 min or till done. Serve alone or over rice.
