Peanut Butter-Berry Crumble

2 Tbsp cornstarch1 Tbsp lemon juice1 cup splenda1 1/3 cup raspberries1 1/3 cup strawberries1 1/3 cup blackberries1 1/4 cups rolled oats1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup light brown sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt6 Tbsp country crock + calcium6 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large, combine the cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add the splenda and berries, mix gently. Place the fruit mixture in a 11x7 inch baking dish.
In a seperate medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in margarine and peanut butter and stir until mixture is the consistency of coarse meal. Sprinkle on top of the fruit mixture and make for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve warm over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
