Homemade Tortilla Chips

3 corn tortillas (I use La Banderita brand - found in the Mexican isle at Cub Foods)Pam cooking spray - any styleSea salt
* Preheat oven to 375 F
* Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil - optional
* Cut tortillas into 6 wedges each.
* Spread wedges in a single layer on baking sheet.
* Spray lightly with Pam cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt
* Bake at 375 degrees about 10-12 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Make sure they do not brown. Let sit about 5 to 10 minutes before eating so they can harden and cool.
* Store in an air tight container. When serving, freshen the chips in the microwave about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
