Baked Two Cheese and Garlic Stuffed Chicken Breast

2- Chicken Breasts (4-6 oz each)3-Slices of Whole Wheat Bread (toasted)1-Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese1-Oz Monterey Jack Cheese1-Tbs Minced Garlic2-Tsp Extra virgin Olive Oil.5-tsp Garlic powder
Set the oven to broil
-Break the bread into tiny pieces and set on a baking pan and broil for about 5 minutes, make sure they are crispy on both sides.
-Once the bread is out of the oven place in a bowl and crunch them up even more, making them like a crumble
-Next add 1/2 tsp of garlic power to the bread crumbles and mix, set aside and then Pre-heat oven to 375
-Prepare the stuffing
-Shred both cheeses and mix together, add minced garlic to the cheese mixture and mix that together
-Next cut the Chicken Breasts in half, don't go all the way through make sure the chicken is still together at the end.
-I put the chicken on the baking pan before I stuffed it
-Add the cheese mixture to the inside of the chicken breast, to secure you can use tooth picks.
-Coat the top of each chicken breast with Extra virgin olive oil
-Next take the bread and garlic powder crumble and coat on top of each chicken breast, ensure the top is covered.
Place in over for 25-30 min, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the cheese is melted.
