Egg Omelette

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.125 cup, chopped (remove)Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 0.125 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Heat oil, add chopped onions and saute. Remove. Beat eggs, add milk and beat some more. Pour onto heated pan. Add sauted onions after half-done. Flip after one side is cooked and sprinkle some cheese on the done side. Remove after the other side is done and serve with bread.
