Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
Sweet potatoes, sliced thinOlive OilSea SaltCracked black pepper
Directions
Use slicer to cut potatoes very thin. In a bowl, toss with olive oil. Place slices in a single layer on cookie sheets and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a preheated 450 degree Farenheit oven. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly browned. Serves 4 (~1 cup of slices per serving).

    We had then with supper and alas I did burn the first batch. Second batch I put in the hot oven and as soon as I closed the door I reduced the temp.they did not take long to have golden edges. DH and I liked them a lot . - 1/12/14
