Ingredients
* 1/2 cup water, lukewarm * 1 tablespoon butter, chopped in small pieces * 1 1/2 cups bread flour * 3 tsp Splenda Brown sugar blend * 3/4 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon cinnamon * 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast * 1/3 cup raisins, packed (soak in hot water while preparing ingredients.
Directions
Add water and butter to bread machine.
Add remaining ingredients in order listed EXCEPT for Raisins.
Select SWEET setting on your bread machine and start. Set a timer for 15 minutes.
Drain raisins and add them to the dough when the timer goes off or at the end of 15 minutes.
Allow to cool in Bread Machine for about 5 minutes when baking is done. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Great sliced warm with a little butter or margarine. Also great for French Toast. This makes a smaller loaf so there aren't too many left overs to tempt me!

TIPS: I start with a warm bread bucket (let it sit with warm/hot water in it while you gather ingredients. Make sure your yeast is fresh - I heat the desired amount in the microwave for about 30 seconds - especially in the winter.

My bread machine makes 2 lb loaves and the baking time was too long on the 1lb setting (this recipe isn't even a lb) mine was a bit crusty. I would advise to watch your machine during the last 15 min or so and remove early if needed. I used brown sugar instead of splenda. Will make again. Thanks! - 12/11/12
