"Mexican Dinner" with Elk and Quinoa

1 lb ground elk1 cup cooked quinoa1 can tomato paste1 can tomato sauce1.5 cups water2 tsp honey1 tbsp taco seasoning
Directions
Brown Elk. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over chips with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese if desired. Makes 6 one cup servings of meat sauce. Calories for chips and toppings not included.
