Amy's homemade tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 green pepper (chopped)1 large onion (chopped)diced garlicchopped tomatoesred winesalt, pepper, oregano, basil to tasteolive oil
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil for a minute
Add green pepper and onion
Stir and let simmer for 10 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and cook for 40 minutes

Makes 6 servings of sauce
