Spinach Omelet

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 c chopped spinach1/8 t nutmeg1/2 t onion powder1/3 c parmesan cheese
Directions

Scramble all the ingredients together. Over medium heat, spray the skillet and cook the egg mixture. Lightly scramble the egg mixture until done.
