Cuban Smoked Sausage with Beans

Ingredients
*Jennie O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage - Entire package (8 Sausages)*Muir Glen Organic Tomato Sauce, 1 15.5 oz. canChickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 canBeans, black, 1 canRed Pepper and onion flakes, 2 tspSherry, dry, 3 TBSPAdobo All Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, 3 tsp (adobo = paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cilantro flakes, onion powder, pepper, cumin)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Add olive oil to large skillet and brown sausage, remove and cut sausage after cooking ( unless using precooked - then cut before browning) return to pan and add onions. Once the onions are translucent add all other ingredients, mix. Simmer on low 30 minutes or so uncovered until dish reaches desired thickness. Server over a bed of rice.
