Homemade Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 tbs butter1/2 cup diced onion2 tbs olive oil1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp parsley1/2 tsp oregano2 cans italian style diced tomatoes2 cans plain style diced tomatoes3 cans 99% fat free chicken broth2 tbs tomato paste
Directions
Sautee butter, olive oil, onion and spices. Add all tomatoes, tomato paste and chicken broth. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then run through blender. Return to stove and simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve.
